Swerv has two classes of user, Admin and Basic. As you might expect, the admins have greater access and control over your church’s data in Swerv.
Basic
A basic user can access services, series, service stats, songs, the batch importer, liturgies, and CCLI audits. Where relevant they will be able to create, edit, and delete those things as well. The only thing they will not be able to access within those sections is service reviews. Basic users will also be able to see a list of tasks assigned to them. And they will be able to change their completion state.
Basic users can add new people to your church while editing a service. However, the people they add will not be able to log in (unless an Admin invites them). Basic users can not actually invite other users to your church on Swerv.
Admin
An admin user will have access to everything that a basic user has access to as well as service reviews and everything under the ‘Admin’ section of the website. This includes user management (inviting, removing), task management (seeing tasks for all users), service customization (adding fields, repeating services, etc), and editing general church details.
